Field Staff
Field staff play a vital role in ensuring safe and responsible tourism in the Arctic. To support your work, AECO has developed tools and resources that are helpful in the field—but since AECO membership is for companies, not individuals, you can only access some of this content if your employer has authorized it.
How to Access AECO’s Tools and Resources
Website: Register using your company email address.
Online Assessments: Contact your employer to receive a self-registration link for the Field Staff and Mariners Assessments.
O-VRAT (Off-Vessel Risk Assessment Tool): Contact your employer, who will request access on your behalf.
Cruise Database: AECO’s Secretariat registers a primary admin account for each company. The company admin is then responsible for creating additional user accounts.

Note that assessments cannot be accessed by creating an account on aeco.no.
