Community Specific Guidelines

Community Specific Guidelines is a tourism management tool created in 2017 by Cruise Iceland, Visit Greenland, Visit Svalbard, The Northern Norway Tourist Board, and AECO, with funding from NORA.

The first guidelines were introduced in Longyearbyen, Svalbard, in 2018. Since then, AECO has worked with many Arctic communities and is continously developing new guidelines.
