Svalbard Guides update: Publication of Guide Course and Training Requirements

Yesterday afternoon, 26 February, the Governor of Svalbard published the official course and training requirements for Svalbard guides. We are sharing this information with our members at this early stage.

The Secretariat is currently reviewing the published requirements and assessing their implications for our members’ operations. We will follow up with further information and guidance in due course.
